Original Restaurant Gourmet Recipes for Elegant Fine Dining

Have you ever tried some of the recipes on TV? I haven't, but I have heard from people who had, that they never turn out as the ones on TV. That can hardly surprise me. On the TV cooking shows you see them mixing up some stuff and suddenly they open the oven and pull a pan with the dish prepared, like a magician pulls rabbits from his hat. Then, when you go to the store you see the face of the red-cheeks guy from TV on 20 different cooking books, when it is obvious that he hasn't even read that many books in his entire life. Most of those guys have never worked in a professional restaurant kitchen. At most of the places I have worked, those guys wouldn't last even 3 hours, they would be eaten by the wolves before that. That's why I decided to dedicate some of my spare time and to cook and photograph my original gourmet recipes, so anybody who want to see the difference between TV shows and real cooking, to be able to do that.
