The part of the culinary arts that we call salads is so diverse, it is hard to say what these dishes have in common.
As you can see from the recipes below, salads can be cold or warm, made of vegetables or fruits, fish, cheese, nuts, etc.
Salads are not even necessarily starters. They can be also served as main course. Salads are often overlooked,
