Recipe:
1. Heat the oil in a large heavy saucepan and saute the garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
2. Add the carrot and potato and saute for 3 minutes more.
3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until half of the liquids from the tomato evaporate.
4. Add the water and bring to a boil.
5. In the meantime, wash the rice and mix it into the ground pork.
6. Add the paprika, and salt and pepper to taste, and mix the ground meat well.
7. Form meatballs and roll them in the flour.
8. Drop the meatballs one by one in the saucepan.
9. Let the soup boil for 5 minutes, break the fettuccine to three sections and drop them in the soup.
10. Stir well and let the meatball soup boil over moderate heat until the noodles are cooked.
11. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the fresh dill at the end.
