4 (6 oz. each) salmon fillets,
2 ounces plum sauce,
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce,
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Recipe: This is another very easy and very tasty recipe, and if presented right, it can be the highlight of your evening. All you have to do is season the salmon filets with salt and pepper, brush them with some teriyaki sauce and grill them until they are almost done. Remove them from the grill, pour some plum sauce on top of them and broil them under the broiled in your oven until glazed and shiny. Serve with something light on the side, such as asparagus and polenta as I did, or sweet corn, cauliflower, green peas, etc.
