Thai Beef And Rice Noodles Recipe


400 gr. uncooked Thai rice noodles,
400 gr. sliced beef,
1 cup sliced carrots,
1 cup diced multicolor peppers,
1 stalk celery, sliced,
1 Tbsp. sliced scallions,
1 tsp. minced ginger,
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro,
5 Tbsp. soy sauce,
1 tsp. corn starch,
1/2 cup beef broth,
1 spicy red pepper, sliced,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1 Tbsp. chopped onion,
salt and pepper to taste,
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil,
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds.


Heat the oil in a wok pan and saute the garlic, onion, beef and vegetables until lightly golden and soft. Add the soy sauce and toss well. Dilute the corn starch in the beef broth and pour it in the wok pan. Cook stirring until the starch and beef broth stick to the other food. Finally add the cilantro and mix. Boil the rice noodles according to the package directions and serve them in 4 plates. Serve the beef and vegetables over the rice noodles and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
