Avocado And Bacon Dip Recipe


2 ripe avocados,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1 tablespoon lemojuice,
3 cooked and chopped strips of bacon,
1 teaspoon bacon fat,
1/4 tsp. onion powder,
1 tsp. hot sauce,
2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper.


1. Pit, peel, and mash the avocados with a fork.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

3. Cover the dip neatly with plastic wrap, and chill for about 15 minutes.

5. Serve the avocado and bacon dip with crackers, nacho chips, red pepper slices, broccoli, cauliflower, or any other dippers you like.
