Recipe: Melt the white chocolate in a bowls over Bain Marie (double boiler). Put a tray in the fridge to get cold, take it out and cover it with the parchment paper. Dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate, holding each strawberry by the leaves. Arrange the strawberries on the cold tray and put them in the refrigerator until the white chocolate hardens. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate over a Bain Marie and repeat the same procedure, this time dipping only 2/3 of each strawberry in the chocolate. Cool them down again, and if there is still some white chocolate left, you can drizzle it over the chocolate covered strawberries for decoration.
