Sushi menu items and ideas for rolls and ingredients

The following is a real menu with real prices that I served in my own sushi restaurant. As you can see, the emphasis is on healthy food without too much deep fried foods or processed ingredients, but most importantly without any MSG which is used so heavily in Japanese cuisine.

As a health-conscious person, I don't use any MSG, artificial sweeteners and genetically modified food. My rice is cooked in water that has been purified by reverse osmosis.
