Greek Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. white pepper, 1 cup vegetable oil,
1/2 cup EV olive oil,
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice.
Recipe:
Pour all the ingredients in a jug and blend them with a stick blender. Cover the Greek dressing with plastic wrap and leave it in a refrigerator for a few hours to blend the flavors. Use the Greek dressing with your favorite salad mix. Any left-over Greek dressing can be stored refrigerated in an airtight container for well over a week.
