Pasta is one of the most versatile and tasty foods I can imagine, and it has great health benefits as well.
While cooking pasta you can incorporate in your recipes so many healthy Mediterranean ingredients, such as olives, olive oil, fresh herbs,
garlic or onions to name a few. I always cook my pasta in pure water, either reverse osmosis water or spring, to avoid any of the contaminants
in the city water and improve the taste.
Think about that, if you don't drink tap water, and you shouldn't, then don't cook with it too.
I also cook my pasta al-dente, as it is the only real Italian way to cook it otherwise it is a baby food.
