Antipasto Italiano - Italian Antipasto Appetizer Platter

Italian Antipasto - Italian appetizer platter

For this Italian appetizer platter you can use: Salami, Prosciutto, Mortadella, Provolone Cheese, Piave Vecchio, Pecorino Crotonese, Artichokes, Olives, Roasted Red Peppers, Fresh Basil, Marinated Mushrooms, Raisins, Walnuts, Blue Cheese, Asiago cheese and any other amazing Italian specialties you can find.

This platter is very easy to prepare and can be a part of any formal or informal party. Use the occasion to increase your knowledge of Italian cheeses and products. One advice from me - ask in the store someone to slice the prosciutto for you, and store it up to 12 hours tightly wrapped in a plastic wrap, otherwise it will change its taste and color. Alternatively, buy vacuum - sealed, sliced prosciutto. Generally you can find much better Italian products in the specialty stores, as opposed to the large grocery stores.

Tip: Antipasto Italiano makes an excellent party platter.
