I dare say, that FinestChef is the first recipe web site in the net made entirely by a professional Chef, with a unique concept and fine dining recipes. Unlike other cooking web sites, in FinestChef I am actually creating, cooking and photographing my recipes by myself. The publishers of other recipe web sites, who claim to have many thousands of recipes, have never even read that many recipes, let alone cooked them.

I hope you enjoy my gourmet recipes and come back soon to check my new photos. Over the time FinestChef can only improve and grow, and hopefully it will become your favorite source of cooking ideas. I will try to think up new stuff and in the meantime, learn something new everyday, so I can share it with you. I have seen people, who at 18 think that they know everything. Well, if by 33 they manage to get at least one working brain cell, they will find out they didn't know anything. But anyway, the most important thing is to be happy, so treat yourself good, eat well, buy yourself a "just because" present, order a pizza and have a beer. If you don't do it for yourself, nobody else will.
